Trauma Queen Retreat: Science, Somatics, Sisterhood Jan. 8 - 11, 2026 | Charlotte, NC $999 per person | Limited to 16 women Who This Retreat Is For This 4-day weekend retreat will be on Holly's farm & home and is for any woman who is ready to stop repeating the same painful patterns in relationships. Many of us are strong, successful, and thriving in so many areas of life—yet when it comes to love, family, or friendships, we keep choosing poorly, losing ourselves, or reacting in ways that don’t serve us. That’s not because you’re broken—it’s because trauma shapes our nervous system, our thoughts, and our choices. But here’s the good news: trauma can be healed.  At Trauma Queen, you’ll discover how to: Understand what trauma really is and how it lives in the body Learn how to regulate your nervous system and respond instead of react Manage thoughts and beliefs that keep you stuck in old cycles Practice boundaries and healthy coping skills (DBT-informed) Heal through play, rest, laughter, and co-regulation with other women Build the skills to create safe, healthy, and lasting relationships with others and yourself Release old shame and step into your power as the Queen of your own life Be comfortable with discomfort...not letting your uncomfortable emotions rule you What to Expect We’ll blend science, sisterhood and somatics with a little sparkle and play. Across the weekend you’ll experience: Pre-Retreat Zoom call to connect and prepare, and a Post-Retreat call to integrate everything we’ve learned together. Workshops & Sessions: trauma education, nervous system healing, Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, DBT therapy skills, boundaries and relationship skills, forgiveness and integration. Activities & Rituals: bonfire circles, crown-making, sparklers by the pond, journaling, laughter exercises, and creative play woven into every teaching. Rest & Freedom: time to nap under the trees, walk the farm, or fish at the pond (we have rods and bait)—participate as much or as little as feels right for you. Community: connect with women who understand your journey and want to heal alongside you. Somatics: learning to listen to and release what the body is holding through gentle awareness, breathwork, movement and other embodied practices. Reserve your spot now. Long live the queen of your healing! Ran by Hope with Holly, a trauma-informed coach and Meagan, a somatic coach at Defining Mountains. Meagan's Website Book Here: https://stan.store/HopeWithHolly
